Would have given 5 stars except for the parting response of the manager Anna. Overall, I was…read morepretty happy with this place. There was an incident with a payment which they misplaced about 8 months ago which was difficult to sort out with them, but still, it was ok until this month. I called in October to let them know I was vacating as there is a 2 week notice requirement. At the time they said, no problem, let us know when everything is out. My bank sent a check for November rent on 11/1. I called again in November to let them know I would be out that week, again, they responded with great, let us know when you are completely out. I vacated on the 11th and called on the 12th to let them know and find out how I get my pro-rated refund for the month. Their response...we won't give one. ??? Yeah, if you hadn't paid us on the second, we could have done it they said. I don't understand what difference that makes so I continued to press her that no one told me that in the recent communications, but she was firm, condescending, and rude. "I can't read your mind" was one comment. "We have 564 other customers who are just fine with this policy" It's an arbitrary policy, that allows them to collect double rent on partial months, which is ripping people off basically. I told her that would prevent me from using them again if this couldn't be resolved. Her response, "That's fine" with a silent "I don't care" attitude. So they don't care about return customers and I really won't be back and I'm going to tell all my friends not to use this company either.

She is not someone that should be talking to customers. She definitely hates her job and takes everything personally. I've never been treated so rudely in all of my life when rent a storage unit. Even the very first day I started my contract she seemed to have problems with wanting to explain anything to me without getting upset. Yes im the type of person that doesn't read or remember all of the fine details of a contract. Or know the ins and outs of renting. But if ask a question and im a little bit shocked about the contract the first response from the worker should not be ripping me a new one for asking questions and not understanding them fully. They have misleading signs that say they don't raise the rent but they do it's just worded in a way to get you hooked. And when if you ask any question about anything she comes unglued. Only reason I rented from them in the first place is because it was a good location for me and cheap. And now i know why.
