It goes the same with the "%50 off" offer as well. You also need to pay £30 for the lock. They say you can use your own lock but in fact they designed the doors in a way that you can only use the locks they offer themselves. They say there is no minimum stay, yet again they set their "Terms and conditions" in a way that forces you to rent the storage for at least 1 month, then they offer a refund for maximum of 2 weeks. For instant if you need a storage for 1 week only, you have to pay for the whole month then you get a refund back for only 2 weeks. Speaking of refunds, they say it takes 5-7 working days to reach to your account. In my case was 18 days. Also when I received the refund it was £3 less than the amount I suppose to receive. Storage hallways smells like someone urinated there. (literally) Also there is no 24hr access. Very rude and irresponsible staff. Insurance is mandatory as well regarding to their few times security breaches, which is another extra non-refundable amount you have to pay. Security is horrendous.
