My first attempt to get an access code I should have known they stink at being in office. The sign said will return at 1400 hours--an HOUR & A HALF from when I was in the parking lot. I understand at storage I you have work to do outside of the office BUT AN HOUR & A HALF?!?! I have only been trying to find them in office to fill out vacate paperwork because they can NOT meet my needs--I haven't even received an access code but they have my $$$. Finally emailed tonight for whatever paperwork I need to sign to NEVER have to try finding someone in office again for the rest of my entire life. The efficiency of their tracking system and great customer service makes doing business with them both easy & a pleasure, even when I am on the road. My units are heated with in-floor radiant heat. So I've never had a problem with anything freezing, no matter what the winter weather was. This storage facility is fairly new (and expanding) so the buildings are clean and in very good shape. Now that it is time to move the contents of my units to another state, I am renting the U-Haul truck from them as well. The truck rental went as smoothly & seamlessly as all my other dealings with these folks. If I ever have need of storage or rental services in this area again, it's a no-brainer to me that I should give First Choice a call. They are my go-to storage choice in the Olympia to Centralia/Chehalis area.

My husband was one to always take extra care of his stuff. He would not have put his stuff anywhere that wasn't nice. To make a long story short. My husband passed away. I found the info that he had on what storage units he had and how much it was. I went to I-5 mini storage to pay the next months rent. I informed them of my husband passing. The voiced their sorrow on how they enjoyed meeting my husband. Then they told me that they were not charging me for the next months rent. They did not have to do this. It was so gracious and heartfelt. Recommend this place for the great storage units and the great personal.
