As I was looking for New Balance shoes quite frenetically, I was super happy to find the store and to find a pair I really loved - I was a very easy customer, I think! If you're new to ordering gear from overseas, don't worry about customer service issues with BurnOut Motor. You're in good hands since they will take care of any problems with your order. Just make sure you get your size right by trying on gear at a local store first (if possible), as courier fees can get quite expensive when returning items overseas. Also, for many overseas purchases, keep in mind there will most likely be additional import duties when your package arrives. This is standard procedure, and the duties are set by the courier and customs agency (the fees are not determined by BurnOut Motor).
