I waited and no one came. My tenants informed me they had come only once the whole snowy month. On Sunday January 4, I asked for my money back ( see previous text for the reasons). That same day I was assured that the snow would be removed that same day. No one came or contacted me. I texted to request that the snow be removed the next Monday. I called, since I got no response.
