They planted papyrus and Mexican petunia. Both are, at maturity, weeds. No matter how I dig them up, every year they take over all the other plantings, I can't keep ahead of them. The agapanthus planted near them is swallowed up. As far as I am concerned, Argentine has fallen even lower because of their lack of interest in customer feedback.
