The club also have a clubhouse just a few minutes walk from the bus station- Opening hours are 4-6.30 on Monday, 4-11 tues to Fri and 11am-1am on Saturday.
Some darts and pool competitions are held in the upstairs of the clubhouse, where there's a seating area and small bar.
At the weekend there's nearly always a band playing and it's a popular place to go.
Great sized dance floor but the bar downstairs can get very busy on a Sat night and if you want a seat you have to get there early. Drinks are similarly priced to other places in the town.
Decor is clean, as are the toilets which is always a bonus. All in all it's a great place for a weekend out and a great asset for the community.
Nearly forgot to add that the clubhouse is available for hire for functions such as fundraising dances and wedding receptions. read more
