HORRIBLE DISPENSARY- DONT BELIEVE THESE FAKE REVIEWS. They act like marijuana was just passed yesterday and they just opened. Long lines and TERRIBLE delivery service. Waiting up all night and at 10:53 I get a cal saying they can't deliver my order. Place a new order the next morning for the same quantity, 2 half oz . What's the point of express when it's slow? You try to help medical patients with all these express lines but still inconveniencing us. 3) placed an order for delivery, driver gets here and then tells me to hang back because there was an issue with my profiles. 10 mins later tells me it's fixed. Runs my card for $150 and then the stupid machine loses signal or something. Charge goes through on my end as an atm charge like the past 10+ times I've orderers delivery. They harass me with calls regarding the issue, but when I ask for a manager months ago regarding my issues nobody got back to me and they gave me a bad email. They treat us medical patients bad, they have slow service, half the time the order is wrong or mislabeled. This place is a Joke! Bad business practices for sure. I pre ordered over the phone and after waiting 5minutes inside the lobby they tell me they didn't complete the order because they couldn't find my account. I left because They didn't want to look me up again and I didn't have my drivers license. I went back a few days which was later last night and Of course they had no issues finding my account. Pesticides and Herbicides *please note the high stars after everyone has gone for months decline* When I first received my medical card, I was a patient at a higher end dispensary, which had a nicer product but they were a bit more expensive. A friend told me about Natures Medicines, and I decided that it would be my new dispensary because the prices were way cheaper. Fast forward to now, months and months later of using their products, and I found out all of the trips to my doctors off was due to using products treated with pesticides and herbicides. I had an an IGE test done, because I was experiencing chest pain, and left arm numbness, suspecting I had an allergic reaction to weed itself because I smoke daily, and the pain intensified during/after smoking. My blood test came back abnormal with my allergen level at 775! The normal range is 77. My body was filled with allergens from ingesting poison. I was advised not to smoke marijuana for 30 days and to monitor my symptoms. Arizona has no regulation on the use of pesticides and this dispensary definitely uses them! I tried to but their "organic" brand Organijuana, and I had so much trouble at their dispensary with their rude, disrespectful staff! It was fine, because they're able to use the word organic, but it's only a consideration to the neem oil which is "considered" natural, It is NOT organic! (Google hypermesis syndrome) I'm not making any accusations but 1+1=2 and when my the symptoms first started I'd smoked their SunnyD strain. Most of these dispensaries are worse than street pushers selling "reggie" you call us patients, and spray the same chemicals used to kill insects on the medicine we consume. Natures Medicines will not show you lab testing results, instead these plants are grown extremely quickly and covered in a multitude of chemicals and sold to those that need help. My first time and I was denied entry due to my DL. The same DL I used to receive my AZ MMC. I have been able to use the same ID for all the other dispensaries in the area. If nature's medicine is following the rules, what is everyone else doing? What I have seen with AZ dispensaries, as a pharmacy you make patient's stand outside. I can't be in the heat. So disappointed. I sent this email to their patient advocate at a corporate level. And I have not heard back. It is so clear how little this company cares about its customers. Greetings, My name is ---- and the purpose of this email is to raise a complaint I have regarding the systems and operations of Nature's Medicine. First, please allow me to start with the good. I live in Phoenix Arizona and I visited the Phoenix and Glendale centers. For the most part, your staff is positive and friendly. Today I had the opportunity to speak with your manager Alex at the Phoenix store and he did as well as any manager could to address my concerns. I'm an ---- and I must say, he did well receiving a complaining customer. Unfortunately, he does not have either the authority means to address my actual concerns, but he made it right as well as possible and was kind and listened. He deserves commendation. I continue to love the product and I love that you are the most competitive price point in the valley. However, until the inventory system changes or comes into compliance with real-time updates like most dispensaries, I cannot return there.  My concern is that the inventory rarely if ever matches what's actually there, and when you follow the advice to call ahead of time they give you incorrect information. Last week I saw a strain I wanted and called around 8:00 p.m. to confirm that it was physically there. I was told yes. I came down and waited my turn until about 10:15. When I got there, I was told the strain had sold out at 10:00 a.m. and that it was best to call ahead. Of course I had called ahead and was told that it was not sold out. I left without any product.  Today I arrived at the Phoenix location at 7:15 am hoping to be served early. I had this expectation because 2 weeks ago the bud tender told me that they start serving people at 7:30 even if they only advertise their open at 8:00. Driving by a few times in the last few weeks, I saw that this was true. My husband also went there and was served early. So today, I was confused as to why they only opened at 8:00. But, okay whatever this is the advertised time. I get in there and of the seven advertised prepack eighths, only one is physically in stock. This was at 8:01 in the morning. I checked the website on the spot and indeed it listed that the inventory was there and available.  On the way out, I asked someone wearing a Nature's Medicine shirt if they worked there and why the inventory was always mismatched? He said he didn't know but that he gets complaints about it every day. So, my main question is, how am I supposed to know what you have in your store when 1) it's inaccurate to the website and 2) the people who you call to ask if there is a physical product there lie, either through negligence or direct malice? Otherwise, I'm left to go and hope that you have something that matches both my price and needs, which is not how stores work and has not worked for me the last three times in a row. About a year ago, I asked the bud tender about this discrepancy because I had noticed it, and his exact words to me were the managers don't work on the weekends so they don't update the inventory on the weekend. Coming to nature's medicine just continues to be an exhausting experience, and now that the inventory is subpar, nature's medicine just doesn't have an edge anymore. A good combination of quantity and quality and price made this the best in the valley, but a completely broken system as a business model has made me a completely lost customer until it changes. I am now happy to spend a little bit more at other places to avoid this frustration. One of your nearest competitors is Sunnyside dispensary formerly Encanto, and they buy from nature's medicine wholesale. If I want natures again, I'll be buying it from them at unfortunately a slightly marked up price. If you wish to discuss this at any further length, you are welcome to call me at anytime. ---- I am fortunate to live in a location where I have access to many dispensaries, so nothing here for me is make or break. I do not usually complain, I think maybe this is the second or third time in my life. I was treatled rudely when trying to resolve an issue that was the mistake of the manager from the day before. The on site assistant GM and Budtender could care less. The asst GM tried to stop me from talking to the receptionist to see if she remembered who the manager was. I left multiple messages with the GM Jaime Ford I was told to contact. No response from voice-mail or e-mails, so I see where the business culture comes from. It always does come from the top. Been using them for a few years now. Flower and Pricing is great. People are awesome. Was pretty happy ( even with the website challenges)until recently. The website, however, is STILL TERRIBLE. God knows if anyone maintains the site but if they have a web developer he/she doesn't seem to have a clue how to market a product. There are NO indications of THC level. NO indication of Sativa/Indica/Hybrid. You gotta know what you want before you buy. The product descriptions are virtually non exist at and this also leads to a completely pointless search function ( which is also pretty much useless). Recently they have been out of stock on items listed on the site resulting in calls to me AFTER my order is placed (twice in the last 2 days alone). Looking elsewhere now. my very best pharmacy . friendly staff . Pre packed 1/2s for 70 is a dang good deal and prerolls go down to $6 each when you buy 7 . You just can't beat that. Lots of budtenders on duty mean there is never a long wait, but you can also pe-order for faster pickup. I like that they keep their online menu pretty current and accurate.They have all sorts of concentrated ex's and shatter & also edibles.The flower is all nicely displayed and the lighting is good . This was the worst online experience I've ever had. To start, the website is not user friendly and the cheapest bundle they ordered I'm sure. I'm a medical patient, so naturally I choose to make an online order to avoid the recreational crowd. After waiting 30-minutes for the order to update, I received a text message, requesting more information, no biggie. I called and listened to elevator music for another 20-minutes. I spoke to some woman who I forget her name but she seemed pleasant. She asked me to send a screenshot of my medical card, because there was an issue with their systems regarding allotment. I obliged, and sent her my digital copy via text, as well as my updated address to cross my "t" and dot my "i." Five minutes later I get a notification stating my order was CANCELLED. No rhyme or reason, so I called a second time, waited 30-minutes before another woman answered, I asked her why was my order cancelled? She put me on hold for an additional 10-minutes, and came back relaying a message from the first woman I spoke to saying, "I texted my new address but not my medical card, so it was cancelled." I asked her what system is used to receive messages, because my iPhone shows the medical card and address was successfully sent, the woman didn't have an answer but, "we use a computer" After wasting my time I don't trust them to provide medical relief. I purchased and went on my way. I prepped my roar, removed it from the freezer and I even pulled all the stops out to make this session the best and amazing. After hyping up all my friends and inviting them over we were all rarely disappointed. This was extremely Poor quality. It Smells like hay. Or grass. Very Very dry, it just crumbles to dust. There were No nugs at all. Just small tiny smalls with leafs and stems. Just all smalls. The quality is very poor. It honestly reminds me of high school Reggie's. Not even Christmas Reggie quality. I called the other location to let "Tracy" know about her employee and Blake and he said he's gonna take care if it but... funny thing is the other location said that Tracy is at the Phoenix location. So lol wow. So the manager named Tracy is head boss and she's no where to be found and these Dispensary's kids are running a Muck while the boss goes out and plays. Great Work Ethics and great Leadership skills. Spit on our country and spit on the Veterans and Patients is the Moto at Nature's Medicines. How is this Medical Facility No professionalism at all because these owners higher high schoolers who then are won over by the hype of getting free items to stay an employee knowing they get paid minimum wage. And then the managers positions gets to there heads thinking they actually own the store going " full retard" with there position eventually like today.... Picked up a quarter, got home smoked a bowl and it was the most chemically tasting weed almost like it was mixed with some tobacco. Really just reminded me of the old dirt weed you would buy in highschool. Tried to speak with a manager just to do a swap for the bag of weed I didn't open, since they were two separate pre packed 1/8 bags. No returns, no swaps, nothing. Just wasted 60 bucks.
