He also tried to increase the price, after starting the work. The workers that showed up spent a portion of their time here smoking weed, which upset the neighbors. Claude was not onsite during the majority of the project. He considered making jury rigged repairs but then decided he didn't need to make reparations. He also stole an expensive painter's plank from me and wouldn't return it until he got partially paid for the job by my contractor.

Had some machines break down and had to stop the job. He never came back to finish. He won't return calls. His wife who is the GC will not return calls. The job was six and a half weeks ago. We were told it would be completed in one week. They took our money and ran. Our driveway is all washed out. All the lose gravel and stone ran down hill and our driveway is not even passable. It is dangerous to drive on at this point. They won't even give the courtesy to return a call, to apologize, to return money and admit they can't complete the job.
