We had aides who went thru our personal drawers, ate our food, lied about the work they were doing when we weren't home & let my son sit for 4 hrs with no food or drink. I'm sorry, if they are being paid they are expected to care for my son. Several times they called me at work 1 hr before someone was to be there to meet my son & told me there wouldn't be an aide. Totally unacceptable!

My daughter has appointments pre-scheduled for her chronic TMJ issues and before her first appointment, we received a text confirming her first appointment. The initial appointment on my end was a difficult one to physically get her to - having other kids and school in session required others to help me so I could get my daughter to the appointment on time. Upon arrival, I am pretty sure we ran into my daughter's new therapist in the parking lot heading out for the day , but I didn't realize it at the time. After checking in, I was pushed aside, given excuses and even almost passed on to another therapist who didn't specialize in my daughter's issue. When I realized the disorganization that was taking place and the lack of accountability, I took my daughter and left. If you insist on going to this practice, go in knowing that they are extremely disorganized and no in is in charge. It takes more than good therapists to run a practice, but apparently they leave before they're really done for the day...

Their staff is so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. The administrator is very personable and he is very involved with his residents and staff. I love that they have a nursing home and assisted living together to make for an easy transition for my clients. It may not be in the greatest neighborhood in Cleveland but it is definitely a gem in the city and my go-to home that I'd like to place ALL of my clients at if I could.
