The gal who called me told me they received my referral to pull out tooth #. In order to set up an appointment to be seen and the tooth removed, I would need to put down $500 today. Um, excuse me, you need $500 to pull a tooth that is already falling out of my head. The gal told me it was their standard policy, and they needed a deposit incase I needed to be sedated. I told her that wasn't necessary as I only needed to have tooth pulled, that I could literally pull out with my own fingers. I didn't need to be put to sleep, I more than likely didn't need to even get a numbing shot. Called my regular dentist to get in to have the tooth pulled. When it is time to do my implant I will NOT EVER go through BHOS. They tend to scam people out of their money. If YELP set negative stars, they would get -5 stars based on their lack of empathy and their greed.

Hands down, Dr. Yeoman IS THE ABSOLUTE MOST SKILLED AND SUPERB DENTIST TO WHOM I HAVE EVER BEEN. I have massive anxiety about any dental procedures starting from childhood ( a disastrous tooth extraction at a fancy dentist in Newport 10 years ago among the more recent of nightmares ) as I was born in Hawaii, and mid 70's dentistry was positively barbaric and painful. Dr. Yeoman was so warm and funny that he put me at ease immediately as did his assistant Alex. During the procedure he was fast, precise, thorough and again, very gentle. So gentle he didn't even need to give me novocaine to fix two chips in my front tooth from gnawing on a ribeye bone. The results are BEAUTIFUL and maybe took 40 minutes. He's a magician. Staff members Alex, Rachel and Brandy were all absolutely terrific and got me in right away when I called to explain the issue. Dr. Sewell never steered me wrong. She is a busy person as she volunteers her time to help others when she is not in her office. She travels overseas at her own expense and volunteers her time to help the less fortunate. Those who do not have access to health care or are poverty-stricken then Dr. Sewell is there for them. Therefore, I feel that folks should not complain that they have to wait for her as she has a good reason why there is a delay in seeing her. If you have to wait to see her, it is well worth the wait. You will not be dissatisfied. I miss her and her staff a great deal. I do not think I will ever find a dentist better than her.

Extremely Unprofessional Experience -- Very Disappointed…read more From the moment I walked in, every person I encountered behaved extremely unprofessionally -- and I truly don't understand how this place has no negative reviews already. First, the dental assistant who greeted me kept leaving the room while talking to me, leaving me alone inside and giving me no explanation for what he was doing. In the hallway I could see 3-5 other assistants chatting and laughing, seemingly without much to do. Meanwhile, the assistant was rushed and curt -- giving me a cost estimate sheet right away and leaving before I even finished asking my questions. Then there was Dr. William (the one I had booked for consultation). He showed up only for about 30 seconds -- not to answer any of my questions. I don't understand what the point of coming to a consultation. No one even asked me to open my mouth and look !!! Finally, the billing-manager / office manager seemed polite , but I asked her to forward my pre-procedure questions to Dr. William. She promised I'd get a response by the next day or at latest the day after -- but here we are, and I still have heard nothing. There's nothing special about my wisdom teeth. It's not a difficult question to answer. If you see this review, clearly they still haven't responded. Overall ... this clinic seems to care only about money and not about patient care, questions, or comfort.
