We requested several quotes via Yelp and got a wide range of availabilities and responses back. While some competitors were offering a cheaper bid, they also recommended techniques (spraying) which we felt were riskier to the new flooring. Ken's bid was the most expensive, but his earnestness and professionalism compelled us to go with him. We couldn't be more pleased with the quality of Ken and Rob's work. Right when we closed on the home, Ken came in and did prep work that same day. The team spent 4 days covering the entire house in a color of our selection, designed to brighten up the home and make it feel bigger. While Ken made several trips to grab more paint and supplies, we were never charged more than our quoted price. Near the end of the job, Ken offered us painters tape to mark any spots that we wanted him to take another look at. We could tell he took pride in his work and loved what he did. Each time I stopped in to check on them, they were always hard at brush work (listening to quite the selection of music).
