My son had 2 insurances. 1 year later we recieved a text saying we owed $800. I thought it was a scam. I than recieved a letter saying we owed $800. I called receptionist & she admitted she did call insurance company & that he was covered. I asked how it this our fault. She said there is nothing we can do. Sorry! Mind you this was at Christmas. I e-mailed coorperate & no response. I never heard back so I thought they just dropped. We moved off base & another year later recieved another bill but it was collections. They turned us into collections & since my husband was secondary insurance it not only tacked on extra $ but they are trying to ruin his credit. Be so careful w/ this place. My husband is dealing w/ throat cancer now, so we don't need this extra stress.
