Initial call was for a clog, and so the main was snaked and a lot of water run. That same evening the issue returned and so the technician came out the next day (in a snow storm and at no charge). The pipe was snaked and a camera run. The tentative diagnosis was a collapsed pipe, and so I switched to my warranty service. In the end the diagnosis was inaccurate, and I only needed a Hydro-jetting... but warranty service plumber said it was an understandable mistake as there was some minor offsets that could have caught the camera, and the sludge would have prevented a good view.

Tried to tear a portion of the receipt so that I couldn't see the full price. Confronted him about it and he lied and said the supplier tore the receipt. Currently in the process of going through small claims court. Save the headache and go with a reputable technician. He also did not complete the installation and removal of the old furnace. It's in an attic and he just left the old furnace there.

He didn't even put a filter in it or a space for a filter and the filter laying on the floor. Then i discovered he didn't re-install the AC drain line and the AC drained, not only into the new furnace but under the laminate flooring and ruined the whole living area!! Refuses to make it right
