I'm not a smoker, but my cousin visiting from Massachusetts wanted to find flavored vapes to bring back to her state. I searched Yelp and found Straight Pipes & Vapes nearby. We checked out their selection and was pleased to find cheaper prices than other vape stores in the area. The staff was very friendly and helped her as she browsed, even recommendation a different brand than the one she had set out to buy. The recommendation turned out to be better than what my cousin was used to. The store itself has lots of items for the experienced smoker and seems to have lots of inventory and variety. Went there today to purchase an item. On the website the total was listed on sale as $126.65. Was told that price couldn't be honored because their site doesn't match their system. I understand the employee had to follow protocol, however, it is quite upsetting that the price ended up coming to be about $160 when it was listed on sale. Buyers Beware. I only left one star because there is no Zero star! Sold me defective coils for my vape. I reported it the next morning that they were burnt. Meg told me she couldn't exchange it because it was opened. I HAD TO OPEN IT TO FIND OUT IT DIDN'T WORK. She made no effort to make it right, exchange, refund, nothing. Meg said to go back to the manufacturer. I didn't buy it from them, I bought it from you!!! Forget honesty, customer service and the customer is always right. I'm very disappointed. They know exactly what they are doing. The "No Returns" sign posted on the register reflects FL law: They do not HAVE to give you a refund or exchange. Horrible business etiquette! On Xmas eve I swung in & grabbed a gift for my lady, not only did the employee TRY to up the price from the sticker price once she had it all wrapped in the bag, but then on Xmas day found out we were expecting an addition to the fam so needless to say my girl won't be using the pc I got her, so figuring I've spent over $500 in this store by MYSELF(not counting all the people I've sent to them)I figured they'd be understanding of the situation but instead they refused to refund so I won't be stepping foot in that place ever again!
