Did not ask me any questions, claimed that she never received the document that I sent and that my emails were "bouncing back" but had an "edited" version sent to me 10 minutes after the call ended when magically the emails stopped bouncing back, apparently. I'm not sure how she edited it without asking me a single question about what I wanted to change. This was all after changing my appointment time 3 times and being late to the one that did happen.
