I went to this location yesterday. My sister wanted to test out a product on display, as she was…read moretesting it out, she sat her car keys on the stand and because the stand had a giant ass hole in the middle of it, the keys fell into the hole. A young lady who worked there approached us and asked us if we needed help. She kindly went to get her manager (I'm assuming) the manager walked up to us and asked my sister "what were you doing?" To which my sister responded and explained that the keys fell into the stand and we couldn't get to them. The younger lady was very kind about the entire thing. They had to use a screwdriver to open up the stand and retrieve the keys. After we got them back my sister thanked them and also apologized for the inconvenience. The younger lady was sweet and said no problem but the older lady (the manager) rolled her eyes and didn't say a word. Next time just give us the damn screw driver and we will get them ourselves. It's one thing to be annoyed but another to be rude. Maybe fix the displays so stuff like that doesn't happen in the future thanks.

If you are a patient here, please scrutinize every invoice you receive very carefully. I could write a book on how many times I've been double billed for a procedure, been charged for a procedure that I shouldn't have been charged for, and finally, an invoice I paid in their office back in April that I continue to receive every month. No one in their billing office can seem to make this problem go away and there's just no excuse for that. I had billing issues with them back in 2019 also. Please, please beware and scrutinize all charges on all invoices you receive from this facility.

I mentioned that they already did that at another doctor office and so he said to have them send her records. I didn't find out until later when I had left that the dermatology office was suppose to have me fill out a records request form so I had to go back and request the form. We paid a $30.00 copay, sat and waited for 30min for the doctor to look at her for two minutes with not the best attitude, he prescribed her the same acne treatment as before which didn't help. and he didn't bother to look at her nails. Sally's beauty completely screwed me over! I placed an order through the Sally's app a week ago and…read moreI put the right address down and everything and then at the end when I went to go pay at the very end, I used my Apple Card and for some reason it took the address that is used on my Apple Card and put that down instead! Instead of the original address I had on there the whole time I was ordering!!! what baffles me is right after I saw the mistake the app made I instantly called Sally's and then Sally's then referred me to customer service and then customer service said they could not help me and to call Sally's back and tell them to cancel/decline my order on there part so I can then re order and get my money back. So after customer service tells me that I call Sally's back and I tell them what happened and for them to decline/cancel my order on their part so I can re-order and get my money back and the lady I spoke with reassured me she canceled the order and even encouraged me to go ahead and re-order and I would get my money back. A few hours later, the order I replaced arrives to the right address and then I get a call from my mom who lives at the address off of my Apple Card, which it was not supposed to go to and was supposed to be canceled and she tells me there is a whole order there also!! so then I end up calling customer service they tell me they can't do anything and to call Sally's back and see if the manager can resolve it, so I go ahead again and call Sally's back and the manager was very unprofessional. She could not care less that I just spent $76 twice because one of her employees said she canceled my order and I would get my money back!! I asked her to make sure that her employee canceled the order. She said she couldn't do that and she said if her employee said she did then I should be getting a refund. So later that night the charge from Sally's goes through and I just spent two $76 orders through Sally's because of their mistakes!!! And they apparently can't do anything about it.. What adds salt to the wound is a few hours after all this went down Sally's emails me and tells me they can't give anyyy refund and that my bank should refund me!! So now I have to fight with my bank for Sally's mistakes!!!!!! I'm so frustrated and will never be shopping at the Glen Burnie Sally's or any Sally's for that matter.
