There is one pool especially for families where the water is really warm then you have a swimming pool for sports swimming. You also got a jumping call with jump towers, with 1 m in 3 m. And there is also a little bolder wall where you fall in the water at the end all in all the swimming pool is really cool unfortunately we didn't explore the sauna area yet, but what we hear it is even better.

My favorite are the dampf grotte where you can also do a black mud treatment. The Amethyst sauna that has perfect 60 degrees c and the Hamam where you easily fall asleep on the heated marble benches. Inside the bath is also a food place, which is a bit noisy, hence only 4 stars. It is very fresh and clean. I didnt try any of the treatments, but they have ayurveda treatments, and massages. Also recommended is the panorama sauna that has a nice view over the Alps.
