See the picture, it's entirely empty. I went online and they actually had two openings for time slots tonight so the hostess straight up lied to us. They sat us in the bar area and this over-glorified McDonald's burger was $17, plus $8 fries that you have to order separately. The bar area was more packed than the restaurant area because people kept coming in expecting to be seated without a reservation because they told us at the front desk that this place didn't require reservations. This is a HOTEL bar, an EXPENSIVE hotel bar. Hotel guests should be prioritized over locals sorry not sorry. In the very least, hotel guests shouldn't be screwed out of a restaurant table because they didn't know better to reserve a table in such an exclusive hot city of Bonn, Germany /s.
