Since this was my first time dealing with something like this, I had LOTS of questions. They were always ever so patient and were prompt and coureous in responding to my many inquiries. Since I live out of state and am not apt to be a repeat customer, I was expecting to receive second class service, but everything was always top notch. And to top it off the price was very reasonable, coming in right at what was quoted up front so there were no surprises. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I am not experienced with law firms, so perhaps something could be better - but I can't imagine what. I strongly recommend them.

Kimberly Schram didn't even go over the denial w/me. The medical records submitted were "picked" through. The judge did NOT consider All of the records submitted nor ALL THREE daily functional questionnaires. Just 2 of the 3. Worst part? When I needed to speak to Mrs.Schram, i was "scheduled" an appointment Two weeks out! So i didn't even bother!! This experience was by far THE WORST legal, so called "representation" ever!!!!! How can Reimer improve? More communication & effort!!
