Their Mexicali is my all time fav now!!

Been coming here since I was a kid and quality of pizza is still as amazing as I remember! Good amount of games for the kids to keep them occupied while the parents enjoy some adult bevvys. The only negative thing I could say is, please invest in better prizes!! Clearly from dollar tree or worse :(

Pizza crust crunchy lots of toppings games for kids multiple televisions and on Tuesdays on your entire order you get a discount. I definitely recommend this place. First time came with family came back a second time with friends and family.

We love Straw Hat pizza. The spaghetti and meatballs, not so much It used to be great! What happened? Did you just *forget* to put the sauce on it? There was a "little" sauce around each meatball, but that was it! Very disappointing meal.

Went here to get pizza and wings yesterday since I have never been here at all even though I am always in the area. The pizza was decent and it was lacking crust. The wings however were good. They moist and small. The interior is pretty outdated but the train that circles the dining area is a cute touch. There is also a small arcade for the kids to play with.

Terrible place to dine. The staff at the order desk was rude and the food was marginal. It's unfortunate because we love to support our small businesses and the community.

Recently stopped by Beach City Deli & BBQ after seeing recommendations online and decided to order…read morethe Big Kahuna. Honestly, one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. The pineapple added to what's basically a Cuban style sandwich sounds different at first, but it works perfectly. The balance of sweet, savory, crispy, and smoky was spot on. Everything tasted super fresh and the bread held everything together perfectly without getting soggy. My original plan was to eat half and save the rest for later... yeah, that didn't happen. Ended up finishing the whole thing because it was that good. Service was friendly, food came out quick, and the whole spot had a really chill local vibe. Definitely a hidden gem if you're in the area. Highly recommend this place and I'll for sure be back to try more off the menu.

But, I understand. That particular sandwich is loaded with 6 kinds of meat. The contingency sandwich became the Big Bucky, w/ the choice of 3 meats. Soppressata, mortadella, bacon, extra onions, pickles & tomatoes. A satisfying, filling sub sandwich that made for a pleasurable lunch. A nominal wait, the meat were freshly sliced, and assembling the sandwich with plump & crisp vegetables, it was worth every minute of delay. The cashier was friendly & a pleasure to deal with, too.

The server (owner?) asked if we wanted cheese and Cole slaw, and that's how we got it. The sandwich was big enough to share so if the sandwich seems pricey, consider sharing. Although on a hungry day, I could probably eat it all with no problem. Dilly's has a fairly decent amount of craft beers on draft. I wasn't in a beer-drinking mood so I didn't look too closely at the list. I love it when restaurants support local brewers, and this looks like the kind of place that would do just that.

Heard about Dilly's Sandwiches having the most unique rotating set of beers on tap in Long Beach,…read moreso had to come to try it. The taste portions were very reasonably priced, allowing to create your own flight (or two). Specifically scheduled an early afternoon to come to the Lakewood Village neighborhood of East Long Beach. My wife found an angled parking spot right in front. It wasn't too crowded inside and the four of us found easy, comfortable seating in the brightly decorated dining room. One places and pays for the order at the counter, with the proprietors being very friendly and engaged. They brought out our beers after the pour, and the sandwiches a bit after (since each is individually carefully made). Beers: - Northern Lager [Oxbow] - ($5 for 13oz pour) was clean, crisp and a hoppy aftertaste. - Infinite Hotel [The Wayfinder X Bierstadt] (marked as $3 but charged $4) is a rice lager and was the favorite of the group for its drinkability - Winteruption [JK's Farmhouse] ($3) is a cider with very strong maple syrup overtones: never tasted anything like it. - Hyper Paradise [Rare Barrel] ($4) - saison and ale with mango and passion fruit. I liked this beer very much. - A Place Like Home [Pure Project] ($3) - Nitro poured Extra Special Bitter. - Double Negative [Grimm] ($4) - Imperial Stout, which I really enjoyed. - Amongst Friends [Sante Adairius] ($4) - a cherry saison, unusual and was glad to sample. A lot of work was put into creating this flight, with the careful pours and markings to make sure I knew what was what. I really appreciated the opportunity to sample all of these on-tap. In terms of the food, the group as a whole really liked them, though I guess I wasn't as impressed with my two samples, mainly because it used non-descript deli meat in OK quantities, heating them up when necessary. Hot Beef ($18) was my wife's, and it had been griddled with cheese to form a crispy lattice. The Ham and Cheese ($16) was served cold and had potato chips inside which my mother-in-law liked (saving the other half for home). Our friend and I split the Hot Turkey ($16) and Pastrami No 19 style ($20). The pastrami meat was piled high and the cole slaw was crisp and good, but was served cold (should have read the description more closely) and mediocre rye bread broke apart quickly. The Hot Turkey ($16) was served on ciabatta that had been grill pressed for a long time, creating a wonderful crust as good as any sandwich I've had. But the filling was OK, using standard turkey breast slices from a loaf and an ok stuffing...using hand carved turkey would have made a big difference here, but understand it's hard to do. Strangely, even though it's a pickle adorned shop, each sandwich just came with an ordinary pickle spear, what one would expect from a diner, not a deli. And the prices are on the higher side, especially with no sides and most not being particularly ginormous. But I loved how each sandwich used different breads, and how some of them were toasted very well. And having the opportunity to try these unique beers made it a really good experience.

Hearing TOGO's has a pretty swell Birthday Promo, I decided to download the app, sign up for their Rewards, and redeem my free sandwich. Italian sandwich- Can't go wrong with the fatty cold cuts of an Italian sandwich. Stuffed with ingredients, the Italian was filling & satisfying. I'm unsure if they can scoop out some of the bread, to make it less carb like another franchise. If they do, I'd choose that option, as I found the bread a bit thick. Service was great. Two employees were working behind the counter, and they had a steady flow of advance pickup orders. My Italian sandwich was made pronto, and the limited amount of interior seating offered a place to polish off my hefty dinner. TOGO's, it's been too long to go w/o you. I'm pleased there's a location that isn't too far out of my area, where I can dine on a delicious sandwich during my birthday month.

The baristas that day were genuinely so cool, Deja or Teja (I think?) and another guy. Didn't get his name but I remember him being super posh. Their energy honestly made the whole experience, like they fully carried it. I came back a few days ago and the vibe gave me whiplash. I asked for a flat white like last time and the barista didn't know what that was. Which is fine. I ordered a latte instead, oat milk, two pumps of lavender, and a single extra shot in a medium. Came out to around $9. I understand coffee prices, but when I saw the racks of Torani syrup my heart shattered. Like... seriously? And I was also told they use the same beans for drip coffee and espresso. I don't get how management justifies these prices for a drink that can't even qualify as mediocre. I feel kind of played. Torani, people. TORANI for NINE (9) dollars! The drink tasted like perfume and the milk was improperly aerated. I couldn't get a flat white, so I ordered a latte, but somehow received a cappuccino in the style of Chanel No. 1 off Santee Alley. A few sips in I saw an unidentified insect crawling behind the Torani racks and immediately left. Also the older people sitting comfortably on the patio wearing politically insensitive clothing... why did they stop their conversation to watch me walk in and out? Are they security? I guess the first time the employees made it fun enough that I came back, even with Blue Bottle right by my cosmetic ENT (which is why I was even in the area). I live on the northeast side of Los Angeles where there is no shortage of cafes to impress or disappoint me, so I can't believe I went out of my way to get scammed this blatantly. I can't recommend this place to anyone who actually likes coffee. I told my ENT about this place, so now I just hope he doesn't botch me out of spite in a few weeks.
