Today, we stopped by the store and bought some gummies and we were informed "you have 127 points", so I objected and informed the bud tender he must be mistaken. He informed me that because we hadn't been in the store for over six months, our points had gone away. His associate chimed in and explained a corporation had acquired them and that they simply had new rules. Well here are my rules. As someone I do business with, they must be good to their word. The decision to "change the rules" may have saved some bean counter a few hundred dollars in discounts ... but all it did was cost them a customer for life. I will literally shop anywhere else! I see you already only have a 2.5 star rating, so it really doesn't appear you are likely to maintain your previous market share; so thanks for letting you for letting me know who you are now! The lady at the front was very nice and even explained their products and offer different price points, which was cool! However, we only came for the edibles. They came in price points from about nine dollars a package to about $25 a package which I thought was reasonably priced. She explained the difference between the sleepy and more active kinds of edibles, which I did not know anything about. There was a lot of variety and flavors, which is nice.
