I burned my hand earlier this week so Im giving my kitchen a break. I n3¾eeded something for dinner so I dropped by on my way home. I ordered the lamb chops with shrimp fried ricm4 and cheese and mashed potatoes. I know it sounds like a crazy combination but I don't 4 like to spend money on vegetables when I'm out to eat. Especially when I already have some cooked at home and I know I'm going home to eat my meal. The lamb chops combination comes with yellow seasoned rice but a lot of people talk about the fried rice and how amazing it is so I went for the upgrade. I believe it was an additional $3 for the shrimp fried rice instead of the yellow rice. I placed my order and went out to my truck to wait for a while. The food took about 20-25 minutes to prepare. Inside the building was clean and neat but there weren't a lot of tables set up for restaurant style seating. They have high tables with chairs but I think they only had three tables so this is more of a take and go kind of spot. The lady who took my order was kind and very patient while my indecisive self decided what I wanted to try. Everything was delicious. The meal came with some kind of sauce that Im assuming went with the rice but I didn't even use because it was perfect without it. The lamb chops were tender and full of flavor. The Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were on point as well. The meal was $47! Which definitely seems like a lot but for the amount of food and the quality, I would say it's worth it. There is enough food to eat the meal for two days or split it between two people. Of course I would like to pay less but I also believe it was worth every penny. I will be back again, just more prepared to spend that kind of money. The next time Im craving lamb chops, this will definitely be my go to! read more

There are different open times posted different places so I would suggest following and staying up to date on their Facebook for any information. I was there around 11ish because I heard the line does get long before opening but a minute before opening they posted on Facebook they will be opening later. They have different specials daily most of the time and they only serve those items. The food is good. I got the salmon with Mac and cheese with broccoli and side of catfish. Definitely better when you eat it fresh. Don't get me wrong, it is good the next day as well. Definitely enough food to last for a few days honestly. read more

I got Streeters delivered as I'm trying very hard to use every amount of time to code and learn. I broke down and got the Salmon and Spinach Egg Rolls with the side of shrimp fried rice. These were bomb. I didn't add any of the duck sauce or yum yum sauce because it didn't need it honestly. The fried rice tho....it was way more flavorful and any fried rice I've ever had. I ate half and when my man got home he ate the other half. He didn't think it was as great as I did, calling the egg rolls and fried rice bland. Neither were bland! I dunno what he was talking about. Maybe he was expecting the rice and rolls to be more heavily seasoned but I feel like that would be too much. Coworkers are going to hate me for not ordering with them but hey, I do what I want.... I saw a video on Instagram about Streeters Acclaimed Kitchen and decided to pull up. I was a little shocked that I couldn't get the Egg Rolls or Crabstuffed Salmon due to a lot of the menu being sold out by 5pm on a Saturday. So I ended up ordering 10 wings. I think I have a new favorite wing flavor. These Buffalo Lemon Pepper Wings were on point. The service was good. They were nice and helpful. Streeters was sooooooo good! The customer service was A1 and I will definitely be returning. I didn't much like the red velvet cake but that was the only thing ordered that wasn't really good. I had found this hidden gem via a random Facebook post and decided to give them a try and I was not disappointed. They have a pretty extensive menu from chicken wings, crab cakes, pasta, etc. and the cashier was so sweet - as it took me a while to decide what I wanted - but she took the time to explain everything to me. I decided upon the chicken wings and crab cake with a side of mac and cheese. You can choose from a handful of different wing flavors but I chose the cajun ranch. Everything was super fresh and is cooked to order as expressed by the owner/chef when I was there. I even went all the way home (which is pretty far from this location) and my food was still hot and fresh. They also had cakes but I'll have to give those a try another time. I overheard the owner's wife say she makes them daily and heard other patrons raving about them as well. It is quite small inside so I wouldn't recommend you going to sit inside as the line was quite long and you may feel a bit crammed with people waiting - but it is an option - just definitely expect to take your food to-go. When we arrived the line was to the door. We were greeted upon entry and it turns out that most of the line was waiting for food. Do not go in a rush. The food is made to order and can take 20-45 minutes. It's worth the wait! The food is amazing! It was fresh, hot, flavorful and tasty! The egg rolls were crispy and filled with salmon and spinach, the shrimp fried rice was cooked to perfection and the pasta was a party all in and of itself! The wings were a good size not too big and not too small, cooked and sauced just right with house made ranch and blue cheese...... Large portions that you can definitely share and/or have multiple servings. I almost forgot about the Strawberry Lemonade... They have Daily Specials, Sunday Soul food and Sunday Brunch. Hands down, the most flavorful food I've had in Jacksonville. Staff was friendly and the food was great. Prices are high, but it's worth it because you can taste the quality. Also, the portions are big, so you can make two meals out of each entree. And I'm only mentioning the price to say, don't let the prices scare you away. Was in Jacksonville looking for a great place to eat. Saw an influencer on YouTube mention this place so I decided to try it. Food was pricey but delicious. Very rich and savory. Wings were well seasoned, delicious and juicy. The lamb chops are tender with a tasty seasoning. This was served over shrimp fried rice done the Streeter way! I've been patronizing Chef John for a while, and am always pleased with the food he serves. I've never had a bad experience, which says alot by itself. BUT today, I had the lamb chops with shrimp-fried rice, broccoli and mac n cheese. Got a plate for my parents as well and they can't stop talking about the food. Everything was cooked to perfection, with the flavors supporting each other. Not one dish was overpowering the other, cause they were all stars in this show. I came in this establishment and spent almost $50, i was dissatisfied with everything i purchased. I purchased two 5 pcs wings and a pot roast plate. I ordered lemon pepper wings and the bottom of my plate was full of grease, all my fries and the wings were completely drenched in grease. The mash potatoes were disgusting, the mac and cheese was dry and cold. The only accepted thing was the meat in the pot roast and even then I don't think any of this was worth the money read more

The food was amazing there's not really a lot of service because it's order walk up to the counter get your food and leave so there's really no dining room you pull up in a parking lot it's kind of full sometimes but sometimes Shady characters are in the parking lot so you don't want to stop not the best location but the food is good a little bit overpriced considering there's nowhere to sit your family down so that's my only problem with the pricing read more

Normally I don't do this AT ALL but this is my second time attempting to patronize this business based off of word of mouth and my second bad experience. Needless to say, there won't be a third. The first time was shortly after opening and my bf was served half raw salmon for brunch. I decided at that time that I probably wouldn't be back as undercooked food is nothing to play with. We were advised the chefs were in training and the owner did offer an apology and a refund. Fast forward to today, it had been several months and my bf had been seeing really great reviews and requested we give it another shot. The flier advised 1pm was the start time. We arrived to the restaurant around 2:30 and they were already out of a few items, no big deal. We waited about 15 mins to order, 2:45 pm ,again no issue. The cashier advised about 15-20 minutes for the food, again no issue. Fast forward to 3:40 pm, almost an hour since our initial order and the name for our order was called. The cashier then advised they were out of all of our sides and the only thing available was lima beans. Granted, again we were offered a refund, but regardless to be out of food not even an hour and a half after opening and then the only option given to your customers is a refund after making a 40 minute drive and waiting almost an hour is unacceptable. I would have even preferred a proration and to still get my entrees but that was not an option. So again, best of luck to others, but I won't be back. read more
