I just completed my 277th class. What started as "maybe I'll try this for two weeks" has become one of the best things I've done for myself physically and mentally. btone completely changed my relationship with fitness. I'm stronger, more toned, have better balance and endurance, and actually look forward to working out now -- something I never thought I'd say. The instructors continue to be incredible. They challenge you while still making the classes approachable for every fitness level, and the atmosphere is supportive instead of intimidating. Whether you're walking in for your first class or celebrating your 500th, everyone is encouraged and celebrated. One of my favorite things is that no matter how many classes I take, I still feel challenged and continue seeing progress. The workouts never feel stale.
