I take the extra time to drive to this location even though it's not the most convenient. The cleanliness and the atmosphere make it worth it. The women's locker room is always tidy, the indoor pool is clear and doesn't smell like mold, the outdoor pool is like a spa. I love the layout of the fitness floor and how open it is. Yes it gets crowded but you should expect that at any gym during certain times. What really gets 5 starts though is the kids academy. The whole staff there is really awesome. They take care of kids like their own. I feel safe and confident leaving my little ones there while I exercise.

I joined Life Time Bridgewater as a premium member, paying nearly $300 per month. As a former…read moretennis player, I was excited to learn pickleball since it is the primary racquet sport offered at this location. Unfortunately, my experience with the pickleball program has been extremely disappointing. While the facility itself is beautiful, the culture on the pickleball courts is the opposite of what I expected from a premium club. The staff came across as gatekeepers rather than customer service professionals. Instead of making members feel welcome, I often felt as though they were deciding whether I was "allowed" to play. As a paying premium member, I should not feel like participation is a privilege granted by staff. The skill assessment process is another major concern. Members are required to pay for an assessment to access different levels of play, yet there is little transparency about how ratings are determined. In my experience, the results did not reflect actual on-court performance, and there was no meaningful explanation of the evaluation criteria. A player can compete successfully against intermediate-level players and still be placed in the beginner category without a clear explanation. A transparent, objective rating system would be much fairer. Reservations can also be canceled without meaningful notice or explanation, making it difficult for members to plan their schedules. After speaking with other members, I found that several expressed similar frustrations about the management of the pickleball program. People join Life Time because it is a premium club, and the membership fees reflect that. Members deserve professionalism, respect, transparency, and consistent customer service. The facilities are outstanding, but the management and customer experience of the Bridgewater pickleball program fell far short of the standards I expected.

We have a friend that has been training with Zeke for some time now, and she highly recommended him. Since she is in fantastic shape and was extremely enthusiastic about his workouts, we decided to give him a try. We couldn't be happier that we met Zeke! His workouts are rigorous, challenging, but fun. As the weeks go by, we are noticing how much stronger we are getting and how our endurance is strengthening. He makes sure each workout is never the same and that we target all the parts of our body that we want to work on. If you have an injury he works around it and is very knowledgeable on how to rehab it. He pushes hard so that you get the most out of your workout but knows when to stop so that you don't hurt yourself. You will be sore and cursing his name for days, but that is what you need for results....plus, he is the nicest guy and you can't hate on him too long :) For most adults over 30, we know that we cannot work out hard and eat whatever we want and still look good. Zeke is proactive about asking what you are eating and suggesting healthier alternatives. He will send you recipes, shopping lists, and even goes as far as getting supplements for you so that you have no excuses not to have them. Overall, I highly recommend Zeke to anyone that is looking for results & change to a healthier lifestyle. He is focused on his clients and making sure that everything is working for them in their diet & exercise. He's not just looking to get paid which makes him stand out from many other trainers. Keep up the good work Zeke!!!!

I've known Zeke now for two years and in those two years, he's not only helped me reshape my body…read moreand lose 52lbs, but he's made a positive impact on me as a man, husband and even father. From a training perspective, Zeke is a real pro and it shows when I see him always getting new certifications and reviewing new techniques he might have come across. Like all of us in our own professions, if you're not learning and improving, you'll never reach your best potential and that's what drives Zeke. I've seen him constantly look for ways to bring new techniques and programs to both his personal and group training sessions. Let's be clear about his personal training as this isn't 'Sweatin to the oldies'. Zeke has had his own success as a natural body builder and therefore he knows what it takes to shape one's body and reach your own personal goals. Mine was weight lose and muscle improvement and I've achieved both. He knows how far to push his clients in order to deliver the kind of workout you're excited to wake up for! Also, I've personally seen a wide variety of his clients, from women/men/kids, (my own 13yr old loves him), in addition to Seniors trying to stay fit. I've always felt from day one that I've received more than my money's worth both for my time devoted to training as well as the 1:1 talks we have. Whether you're a new client or a client that's been with him for more years than myself, Zeke genuinely cares about the results you're achieving. He'll check up on you too! I've received many calls and text messages reminding me to stay clean with my eating and to get in my own workouts on days we're not together. This is his full time profession, not a side job hobby, and he cares about his clients, reputation and local community with the various charity programs he's participated in. If you already know Zeke and you're reading this, I'm sure you're nodding your head in agreement with what I've written. If you recently met Zeke and/or you're looking for a trainer and program, (no matter where you might live as he also does live video training), and you're on Yelp trying to figure out if he's right for you, let me simply say you would be doing a disservice to yourself by not allowing him an opportunity to work with you.

Not only is this place close to where my family lives, but it's beautiful! Even though I only go to 2-3 classes here a year, the owner always remembers me and greets me warmly. The instructors could not be nicer or more professional, but the workouts are always well planned and fun. I also appreciate the gentle hands-on assists to correct my form and find them very helpful. I've noticed that instructors tend to call people out by name as well, which is very motivating and frankly pretty impressive. As mentioned earlier, the studio is beautiful, immaculately clean (this applies to the bathroom as well) and well stocked with tubes, balls and different weights. I can be quite a judgmental germophobe at times, but it's so clean in the barre room that I did not think twice about allowing my hair to touch the carpeting or using a studio mat. A few other nice features are the water bottle filling station, cubbies for storing your stuff, a boutique with some super cute workout gear and easy parking in a huge lot. The schedule offers classes at many times throughout the day and for all different levels. If I lived closer, I would definitely be a member here!
