Had to call for over an 1 hr to answer the phone. When they did; they said they would "NOT" go check to see if they had any. Didn't even think to go check a price and leave me on hold, call me back... NOTHING. Just low vibrational rudeness at its finest. Need to demolish this location and rebuild . Disappointing to see such disgusting attitudes and I mean everytime we go there. Sad

I was advised by someone to call anotger pharmacy so they can get into connection & fax over my prescription to the new pharmacy. I did that immediately, only for them to never do that AT ALL. I waited on Friday..No fax was sent. My new pharmacist called Monday morning after the weekend had went by...No fax...He called Tuesday...No fax....Wednesday...No fax. It is now Thursday a week without my perscription!!!!!! After calling 3 times and speaking with what seemed to be the most incompetent person alive, it was faxed over at 3PM one week after it was suppose to be filled. Ridiculous

The pharmacy here is horrible. I see my PCP twice a year and he sends in all of my scrips at the…read moresame time, all for 90-day supply. Somehow, they never all come due at the same time, and they get "off sync" so that by the end of the six months between doctor's appointments, Walgreens will tell me that one or more of them doesn't have any more refills available. So I have to keep messaging my Dr. who has to then write a new scrip and then everything is even more out of sync. If I took anything marketable I'm sure he would think I was selling my prescriptions! Half the time, they can't fill a whole prescription, so I'll go in because I have notification that the prescription is ready and there will be 5 of 90 in the bottle. I live outside of town. So to pick up four prescriptions that should all be refilled and ready at the same time might take me 5 or 6 trips into town. It's ridiculous and if you ask them why this is, or why everything is out of sync, they have no clue. The few times I've actually spoken with the pharmacist, they were knowledgeable and helpful. But the people who work the counter don't know what they are doing and they are extremely rude and dismissive. I have seen one of them make little old ladies cry. Apparently their pharmacists are spread really thin, as well, because there have been a few days when I've driven to town and the pharmacy is closed because there isn't a pharmacist available to work there. Of course the app doesn't tell you that, so that's another trip to town wasted. I'm transferring all of my prescriptions to a locally-owned pharmacy.

I only dealt with the pharmacy staff, but from my initial contact on the telephone to picking up my daughter's prescription, I received nothing but stellar service. The team was kind, quick and completely understood my questions and had answers (correct ones!) for me immediately. I appreciate it so much - especially in this crazy 2020 world.

1/5 I am extremely…read moredisappointed with the customer service and lack of clear direction I received from this CVS Pharmacy. I had already been trying for approximately two days to obtain prescribed medication when, while I was at the drive-through during severe weather, a transformer was struck and the pharmacy experienced a power interruption. I completely understand that CVS could not control the weather or the transformer failure. My complaint is about how I was treated and directed afterward. After being told the transformer had been hit, the drive-through window was closed without giving me meaningful instructions about how I could obtain my medication elsewhere. I then approached a CVS employee outside the store, explained that I had been unable to obtain my prescribed medication, and asked what I should do. Rather than immediately helping me identify an appropriate next step, he repeatedly emphasized that he was not a pharmacist. Eventually, I was directed to a CVS on St. Simons Island. I drove there only to learn that there was a prescription/documentation requirement that prevented the situation from being resolved as I had expected. That information had not been clearly communicated to me before I made the trip. For transparency, I became frustrated during the interaction and used profanity while expressing that I felt my situation was being dismissed. I own that. However, the central issue remains: a customer experiencing interrupted access to prescribed medication needed clear, accurate, compassionate direction during an unexpected pharmacy shutdown. I believe CVS should review this incident and improve its procedures for helping customers during pharmacy outages, including training employees in trauma-informed and person-centered communication. People seeking medication are not simply transactions. Clear communication, dignity, and appropriate direction matter--especially when access to prescribed medication has already been interrupted.
