I drove a little longer to get to these guys for the first time as the mechanics in my area are terrible and overpriced. I think the front desk guys name was Dillon who was fantastic and so helpful. I had a simple job that needed to be done, front headlight needed replaced. Completed within 30 mins and the tech replaced 2 smaller lights for no additional cost. I made appointment for oil change and A/C repair. I had requested loaner car to get back to work - waited an hour for oil change and check of overall car; however, they wrote up price for them to check A/C but never did it. He was kind enough to let me know hot air was blowing out both sides of vehicle and not just driver side. THAT WAS WHY I WANTED A DIAGNOSTIC AND CHECK TO SEE WHAT WAS GOING ON! I had to use my leave to get this done and was casually told I can come back to diagnostic done on A/C if I want to get it repaired. I was so angry! I truly doubt if they actually have loaner cars - I told him 3 times, including when I called before making appointment that I needed one. They're not open on the weekends so I'd have to take more time off to now schedule another appointment? Took my truck for an oil change. I was fortunate enough they could do it immediately. Their pricing was cheaper than I had been paying elsewhere. I was asked if I'd been there before, I hadn't as we've recently moved to the area. She took my info and we were all set. About 15-20 minutes later she came out just to chat. She was really nice and just really friendly. My truck was finished in a reasonable amount of time. We will definitely be taking our vehicles in for anything we need done. Central Garage was recommended by a family member that knows cars and is particular about service. I was not disappointed. Randy spent a lot of time helping determine what was needed service for an older vehicle driven by my 18 year old daughter. Some things were not done because they were not absolutely necessary saving our family money. He also was able to fix a problem with the driver's side door without the cost of a new part after I made a comment over the phone. Funny! I called. Central Garage Company to get a quote that my shop wanted $80:00 to $100:00 dollars to do ( 1hour labor) I just moved so Central was a little closer so I thought I'd call for the heck of it, he says hold on and comes back with a authoritarian answer of $320:00 dollars with tax like they do this all the time, no this is rare,I had to bust out laughing.
