Finally he asks if you want it brushed. If so, he takes a large brush and goes around the car getting the sides and wheels and other areas that the touches system doesn't do well. I ended up leaving without any kind of prewash or towels others received. As for the wash itself, very VERY skint on chemicals and soap. Do yourself a favor and find one of the washes at the grocery store. They're far better maintained and stocked. A HUGE waste of money and time.

They offer gas as well and their bathrooms are really clean.
