This is my favorite Mexican "restaurant" in the valley so far, for fast, cheap, healthy food. Breakfast 5 am to about 11 am, then entrees until 8 pm, I think. Also a fresh salsa bar, and freshly cut up fruit and veggie bar. They have "The Wall" of more beverage selections that I have ever seen! Over by the three tables are coffees and cuppachinos. They also have freshly made sandwiches, salads, desserts, and hot foods ready to pick up and check out at the speedy cashiers. You always get greeted by a hello when entering.
