She was a laughing stock to my defense attorney and to make matter worse, she just had no clue in front of the judge and you can tell she was not highly held in court. I have had to ask her what I should do, constantly asking for advice that she had no CLUE about. Then, the ones she gave me, were all wrong! If you hire her, stick with your own gut instinct or just hire someone else. I hired another lawyer and got ten times better results. In the end, of course I lost with Mrs. Strissel. The second lawyer, I did not.

I gave feedback and received a follow up email a day or so later from a partner. my concerns were not well received, however it is anyone's right to have their perception especially when defending their business. I recommend if you have a first poor interaction, either call back and see if you can get someone else or shop around for a different experience. I do not recommend sharing your concerns. the reaction mat shock you. I had a previous great experience with one of the attorneys. you may still get a great experience. everyone has their own experience. on a technical perspective, I recommend an upgrade of the phone systems to allow transfer of calls to a different receptionist upon request. helps with resolving concerns and preventing future ones.
