Dr put me at ease by letting me know he was a great Doctor/Surgeon. My out come was fantastic. He told me upfront before I went into surgery that I might wake up with plates and screws. The break was a bad one. I woke up with only a few Kwires in my foot a great looking X-ray and Dr Nord saying "we got it done". No understand he is human and not all outcomes are great. Maybe I got lucky or maybe he is a great surgeon I'm going with the latter. Thank you for taking care of me. Oh he loves to talk music. Is a Pink Floyd & Led Zep fan. I have been treated at Rothman over the years. I was seen and prescribed medication. However when i went to the pharmacy to pick up the order, it had not been sent. I immediately tried calling the office at 3:15 pm knowing they close at 3:30, but did not get an answer. I had to wait for the next day in pain to call them again for the Rx. Now, I get it, people make mistakes, but when dealing with peoples health and well being, mistakes can not be an option. I will continue to use Rothman and i hope that this review helps strengthen whatever policy (answering the phone) failed in this instance.
