At the next visit after that week I was treated by a very rude woman. She treated my pains like I was inferior. Zero bed side manners. She leaves the room to let the doc know I didn't take my antibiotics the previous week and he dropped me as a patient without warning. If you go here, make sure you never have life problems pop up that pull you away. They'll probably drop you.

This doctor just wants you to keep coming back to get as much money as possible out of you. Ended up going to an orthopedic specialist and am having surgery to correct my problem. Dr. Kales wanted me to get shoe inserts and a bunch of other stuff to string me along and take my money. I'm filing a grievance with the BBB. DO NOT GO HERE!! Should be 0 UPDATE: After about 5 months of disputing this with the insurance company and credit card, and filing a Better Business Bureau complaint, Dr. Kales so "graciously" refunded my $110 overcharge they should not have taken from me in the first place. I spent countless time on the phone over this matter, and their letter accompanying the check offered NO APOLOGY, but rather acted as though they had done the correct thing. WRONG. From initial consultation to surgery, everything went smoothly. Dr. Anyaugo gave us options and guided us through the surgery. It has been 6 weeks since the surgery and hubby's recovery is heading in the right direction. Dr. Anyaugo also arranged weekly follow-ups to ensure the wound healed properly.
