What to say about home Depot. It's a home renovation place like Reno Depot, Rona and other brands…read moreof the like. But what sets it apart? I would say because it doesn't have the exact same stuff. What I mean by that is you go to renodepot then Rona, except the fact that the accent color is yellow instead of green/blue, everything else is the same. They are now both own by the same big corporate, but it was like that before. Same stuff, same brand, same price. Home Depot? Beside the usual big brand stuff that everyone must have (GEA, Samsung, Weber, etc), they also have many home brand or partner exclusive brand like Ryobi or living long and you can find many parts that I never found at other place. As for the staff. I worked for 6 years in Reno Depot back on 2000, before the big Rona merger. In the first year working as a wood and mats + doors and windows, I had about 20 external paie formation to learn everything there is to know. People asked me question I could answer and I wasn't even out of college yet. Now? Unless the person you talk to is in the trade or old folks, they know nothing. And, they are nowhere to be find. Well, that's not the case at home Depot. Everyone I talked to at home Depot knows what they are talking about. And if they need help because aren't sure, they will tell you so and seek more advice for you. There's also a pro and pro extra membership (free). Oh, and you know that 30 day refund policy? How about 90 days basic refund, 365+ unlimited return on unused product even without the receipt (albeit way easier if you got it cause they'll try to find it) which can give you a gift card at worst? And as a pro member, you get 365+ refundable return. Oh and pro member can categorize everything they buy in different project right at the cashier and see online what they bought and even order more in each project.

She carries amazing collections form Italy, France, Spain, and other parts of Europe. They provide alterations. Delevanti has a really nice selection of cocktail dresses and probably one of the best knitwear styles in the city. It is an old school dress shop where the sales people really dress you. This is not the kind of shop you can just walk into and choose something off the rack. I have bought several coats over the years and they are truly timeless. When I am in europe i feel I fit the part. The owner has helped me with making a selection for a cruise and I kept getting complements on my outfits night after night. This store is truly a hidden gem. Many women who can afford to shop anywhere come here, for the selection , exclusivity of the garments and the service. Whenever I have a gala I come here, because I know no one will have the same dress as me!

Bad customer service is also the main reason why customers leave companies. Today I experienced the worst customer service face-to-face experience in my life. Yesterday, Saturday December 5th 2009 at approximately 11 a.m I went to the Cavendish mall to have a coffee. I passed by the DELEVANTI store (not the one for children but the one for adults) and I saw a nice dress. I entered the store to see the dress, ask for the price and see other dresses (As I have two Christmas parties coming soon and I am searching for a special outfit). There were two 'ladies' for customer service, the older one was the rudest person working for customer service I have ever seen. She asked me if I was going to try the dress and I said that today I just wanted to see the dresses. She literally told me that if I wasn't going to try the dress today it was better if I leave and come another day. I say to her that I wanted to see what type of dresses they have and the prices too. She said again, come back some other day when you are 'ready'. Ready for what?? If I wanted I could have purchased one dress that day...but obviously she wasn't encouraging that AT ALL!!! I insisted that I wanted to see the dresses and because this is a free country I walked towards the rack where they have the dresses. She literally said to the other lady..."I think she doesn't understand". I reply to her: I understand what you are saying but I want to SEE, to SEE the dresses! so I went and do that...she then said to me: Now I need to be standing next to you while you see the dresses and you are wasting my time!!!!! That's what she said...Me, a potential customer, I was wasting her time!!!! There was no other customer on the store ...zero! I just looked at her and said do you really need to be standing next to me "wasting your time" Amazing!!!!!! I left the store and I will never come back again. On top of that I am planning on tell all the people I know at work, at McGill university where I study and literally to all the people I can how bad is the customer service in that store.

Misleading Advertising and Extremely Poor Management…read more I placed two separate orders on the same day during their Christmas promotion. My card was charged, and both orders remained pending -- one for 20 days and the other for 30 days. No one contacted me. It was only after I reached out myself that I was informed they would not honor the advertised prices and would not sell the items to me. In other words, they charged customers during a sale and then quietly canceled the orders weeks later. The refund does not fix the inconvenience, the wasted time, or the complete lack of professionalism. What made this worse is that the person who contacted me was the manager, Elaine. Instead of resolving the issue properly, there was no accountability, no meaningful solution, and no attempt to make things right. This situation could not have been handled more poorly. This was my first purchase with this company -- and it will absolutely be my last. If you value transparency, integrity, and basic customer service, I would strongly advise caution before ordering from them.

Classy, fashionable clothes at a very reasonable price. I hit the sale rack and made out like a banchee. Oh how I love Canadian to American currency when shopping. Walked out with 4 pieces of clothing under $20 US! You can't walk out of here without finding something you ABSOLUTELY have to have and not hesitate at a price.

So don't go to this store !! Not professional at all.. and this manager should work in a zoo not even..
