From Struer you can go by train to Thisted (Thy), Aarhus via Langaa, and Copenhagen via Holstebro, Herning, Vejle, Fredericia, and Odense. The station hall is small, but it is possible to sit down, the have lockers for luggage, paid toilet, and a 7-11. I didn't notice the opening hours for the 7-11.
