I've had an account here for 20+ years and have always been treated well by this place. After all these years I feel I need to leave a review to give a special shoutout to one of their tellers, Lorraine. Unfortunately during these crazy times, their lobby is closed and they're basically running the entire bank from only one drive-thru lane and the line is usually wrapped around the building. I had a banking need yesterday that was time-sensitive, and because of, Lorraine went above and beyond to insure things got taken care of. read more

They may even share a few stories about coins that were passed down to them or how they're grandparents have them gold coins as presents. I find bank hours to be deplorable (We give you our money, be open later and don't close early on Saturdays.), but I can't blame them for following the trend of banks across the country.

I tried to get a currency exchange was told I had a choice of large bills, mix or small bills and…read morerequested small bills. They called me when they arrived but were large bills. I asked if this was a mistake and they didn't know but would return them for small bills take 2-3 business days. One week later I called the bank and they said they only had large bills same ones and I went to the bank and the bank teller wasn't there. Never again will I do business with Chase Bank of Canfield!

There should be no confusion in the accounts, I've already been paid direct deposit on this account multiple times. But I still have not been paid. I guess if there is a holiday you get paid late. What if I had bills to pay? What if I lived paycheck to paycheck? I don't care about a holiday, I care about being paid when I'm supposed to be. I was told I need a tracking number to find my paycheck. If I have to do the banks job why do I use them? I'll be closing my account.

Adding to my previous comments I went to the bank to handle the situation and they were so mean to me and trying to blame it on me trying to say it was my fault and when I told them I wanted to close my account she got even more mad. Sorry your bank sucks
