This is a lovely farm, with friendly owners. They have an excellent selection of meat and dairy products including artisan cheeses, RAW milk (hard to find), free range brown eggs, and humanely raised, grass-fed beef and pork products. $25 for two packs of sausage, two hunks of cheese, and a bar of homemade soap, but it was worth every penny. Eggs were on par with other humanely raised eggs at $3. Milk was roughly double regular milk, but again on par with organic milk in the store. What was really neat about this farm though is that the store is right in the barn, the rear door opened and there was a cow. When we pulled into the lot a chicken greeted us. There's something charming and wonderful about having such a close relationship with your food. We waved goodbye to the cows when we left. We'll be back!

They have a nice selection of fruits, veggies, baked goods, and meats. They also have seasonal flowers and plants; including Christmas trees and reefs. He vends at the hometown market and has a lot of cool stuff- I had expected him to at least have a stand but I didn't see him vending or his area. He hyped this market place beyond belief and I was really excited to head out here. It was certainly not worth the hour + it took me to drive out there. There were around 20 stores or so and the only worthwhile stand was the main front stand. The other stand I wanted to see was closed because the owner was "at lunch". It was a very disappointing anticlimactic experience. I felt really tricked. It would be fine if you weren't expecting much, or just expecting reality. I was led to believe there were a lot of vendors. I did not eat at the cafe and I was eager to leave after such a major disappointment. There is some stuff to see but most I wasn't interested in. Rumor has it there's a new owner here and he's cleaned up the place. An existing vendor told me the place used to be huge. Maybe it will improve but I'm not planning to head back.

Their breads looked great (ciabatta, french country, pullman seeded, baguettes, and best looking to me roasted garlic asiago), but we passed on them this go around. I'll snag one on the next visit along with their chicken pot pie. Some notes from what I bought: The Bavarian style pretzels were good, a bit on the stale side. At $5 a piece I'd pass next time unless fresh. The chocolate chip cookies were $4 a piece, huge and delicious. Regular pork bacon $13lb was delicious with a light touch of smoke. Hot Italian Sausage $13lb went well with a spaghetti dinner. The heat was just right. Eggs - $9 a dozen. I bought a dozen pullet eggs - notes on the carton "Pullet eggs come from our new flock of laying hens and are only around for the spring months, While smaller, they are more nutrient dense and have brighter yolks." They were tasty. We had fun watching my youngest walk and talk with the chickens, but weren't able to see the pigs or rabbits. The smell of the wood burning oven baking fresh pizza shells was nice along with the fresh country air. The shop is small, but they had the freezers filled with different cuts of meat (beef, pork, chicken didn't see rabbit) and coolers/shelves filled with locally made pantry items (jams, honey, syrup, olive oils, coffee). You can also buy gift cards and shirts/hats. I'll repeat to try more items when in the area again. Thanks guys!
