Mountains fjords and flowers The Stryn Graveyard is an old cemetery affiliated with the Stryn Evangelical Lutheran Church. It's in a stunning beautiful location on a fjord and tucked in between some towering mountains. Like most small Norwegian graveyards I've seen it's a combination of some very old graves, some with the lettering long worn away, and some lovely and brand new tombstones. This cemetery serves a parish of around three hundred people and is still very active and well maintained. Lots of fresh flowers are planted on many of the graves and everything nicely taken care of. A small but absolutely beautiful graveyard in a stunning and amazing place. Hard to imagine a more gorgeious and awe inspirering locaton for a soul to sleep until enternity. read more
