I think I got a good report by the physician, however, when i purchased glasses at their optical department, I was rushed. Ok, I let it go. I picked out a pair of glasses for distance and they had them ready in 3 days which shocked me. I picked them up and they were similar to the ones I picked up except they had a large bright blue piece of plastic on both corners which is my least favorite color, so why would I choose a pair of glasses that are brown/white with BLUE CORNERS? i WOULDN'T. Our problem: we paid in advance, something I don't usually do. I've always paid when I got the glasses. I've never gotten the "wrong" glasses in my 40 years of wearing glasses, but these are NOT the glasses I chose. I would have never chosen these ugly color combination. I called them and said I just picked up my glass and the gal immediately said "oh yeah, you picked up the glasses with the BLUE CORNERS. They knew what they did. They also just handed me the glasses . I said "don't they come with a pourch or holder of some kind like all other glasses?" Oh, you want a glass case? YES. She looked for one since she claimed none came with these frames which cost nearly $400.00. What kind of games are these people in the optical dept playing??? Someone better call me from Stuart Eye Institute before I start telling everyone about this matter, and I sure know a lot of people here. read more
