I brought in a very clear inspo photo and even a backup option, but what I ended up with looked nothing like the design. The tech told me it was a different technique than what it actually was, used the wrong base color, and even after I showed the photo again they kept pushing forward instead of just being upfront about not being able to do it. The manager tried to fix it, but by then I'd already been sitting there for over an hour and had to settle for something much simpler just to make it to other plans. My total came to $145 for both my nails and a gel French pedi. While I understand that's on the higher end, I would have been fine with the cost if the service matched what I asked for. Instead, it felt like there was a real lack of transparency and communication. I wish they had just been honest from the start about not being able to replicate the inspo.

She exfoliated my skin and then didn't change her gloves and didn't wipe off correctly and so when she was putting serums, moisturizer, and sunscreen on all the little beads of the exfoliant were being scratched all over my face again. After I left there were still exfoliant beads all over me so I went home and washed off everything she did. She was very nice but this is something that shouldn't happen. The room I had my facial doubled as an office, which i suppose is fine but all the lights were on, there was no calming music, loud noises coming from outside.
