Studio City Place shopping center is a complete mess. The parking structure is chaotic and poorly designed, good luck finding a spot without getting stuck. The elevators are painfully slow; it can literally take you 10 minutes just to get up to the ground level. Way too many large stores crammed into such a tiny plaza, it feels overcrowded and stressful every time. read more

PROS: - Jinya, Michaels, Marshalls, Waffle House, a beauty supply store - They're doing renovations. They just painted, so it's looking prettier - Lots of parking because they have an underground garage. They have escalators to get to the lower parking levels, so its convenient. - Close to the freeway - Easy to come in and out of (doable to go on your lunch break) CONS: - theyre in the middle of renovating the underground parking garage, so parking is a bit complicated. read more

This is the worst place for shopping or even getting a snack , the variety of food is very limited, the elevators and escalators are always broken, it's very annoy, especially for seniors who can't climb the escalators when they are out, this problem has been going on for years and management, have no idea how they run business, you cannot count a nice experience, due to the fact when you go there not sure what expect, it's to frustrating. Who owns this property? If I were the business renting from this place, I'd withhold rent. I've been coming here for 6 momaths. It went from one escalator broken to two and doesn't look like they are going to fix them anytime soon. Slumlord real estate. read more

the security guard and the head of the maintenance are horrible people. The maintenance manager blocked my car in when he parked too close to me. I asked the security guard, who was playing games on his phone with his ear buds in to help me find out who it was, he was clearly annoyed. He went to the car and proceeded to give me a lesson in parking. When the owner of the truck came over as well, he also gave me instruction in how to park. My car was touching the inner white line, while the truck was touching the outer white line. I had to start yelling to get them to do something. I believe that because I am woman, they tried to intimidate me. They messed with the wrong woman! read more
