Kelly had a "styled shoot" on 3/28 and has deleted and ignored many inquiries from the parents who…read morewere promised images that were supposedly "finished" in May. She has swiftly deleted (within a few hours) any comments on her original "model call" but has yet to reach out to any of the parents who posted questions. When she finally replied to me this week for the first time since July it was only because PPCF (professional photographers of central Florida) got involved and her stated reason for the delay was because she was waiting on a response from "publishers" which was taking "unusually long". Note no model releases had been signed for ANY of the minor children but somehow there was still a "behind the scenes with Kabiki photography" video posted of the shoot. Without any sort of model releases signed, she had by her own words been shopping them around. She is STILL refusing to release any images at all to the parents of said minor children despite multiple promises that they are done and will be sent "this week" for months. In fact, a few days ago but only after the PPCF got involved, I personally was promised "yes I do have these and let me see about sending them over this week" and in a separate email "I'll send the link over of your daughter today or tomorrow". Those days have come and gone and I have nothing aside from a statement by her that my daughter has been submitted for publication to lord knows where. She has again started ignoring any requests for the promised images to the ALL of parents of the minor children most strikingly to those who declined her request to speak over the phone and wanted any further communication with her in writing. After a short 2 days of her promises to me personally (which I would assume was forced by PPCF since they stated they spoke to her and she told them it was "resolved" regarding my child's images), she has again begun completely ignoring all messages email, Facebook or otherwise. In addition, I suggest anyone looking into hiring Kabiki photography/ Kelly Clore should reach out to parents in central Florida who have children at UCP-Bailes to inquire about the situation with yearbook photos taken last year. I would not recommend Kabiki photography or Kelly Clore to anyone with a child.

But then when it came time to send the pictures she ignored me. Took a long time to get back to me. She made up reasons why I didn't get the gallery of photos. Blamed it on going to spam email folder. I checked my spam and there was nothing! None of the excuses made sense. Then I realized she didn't even send me all the pictures to review. I felt like this was a waste of money and time. I don't know how she expects to build a good reputation. Very sad by the situation. Because of her lack of communication, Here we are too late to have in time for the holidays. Do not trust this photographer to communicate or respond. So many other talented and reliable photographers out there.
