The first time Sandra helped me, I loved her attention to detail with my brows. She is very kind and is thorough and fast with threading. I was very happy. The second time I went, I was able to meet Jennifer, who was also very kind and helped me with a lip wax, and then Sandra completed my service with my brows. I was very happy with my experience and again just felt the peace and beauty of the place. My desire is to grow out my brows and have a natural shape, and I like that Sandra maps them out before she threads them! I haven't had anyone do that when getting a brows service. I had a really wonderful experience at this salon today- I booked an appt for Saturday afternoon at 2 and came in a little early. There were 2 other clients there but she was able to see me within 5 minutes and did a wonderful job on my brows! She took her time and made sure I was happy with them before letting me out of the chair. On top of that, the ambiance was sooo wonderful- it smelled great and it was bright and cute!! Anyone else sitting around with 6-month-grown-out brows? I made my first COVID brow appointment for yesterday morning and Studio Thread did not disappoint. Honestly, this business seemed more proactive about safety precautions than many of the restaurants I've been dining at. I reserved my date and time online, and when I arrived, my temperature was immediately taken and Sandra put hand sanitizer on my palm. She also wore gloves and a full face shield throughout my appointment. I was the only customer there during my scheduled appointment time. Now onto the brows. I came in wanting to preserve the body/shape/fullness of my brows that I've spent the past several months growing out, but needed a serious trim and cleanup. Sandra completely nailed it! They look well-groomed and styled but not razor thin. She was also super sweet throughout and very pleasant to chat with. We're the last middle-class beach town in California. Usually when I get my eyebrows threaded, the lighting is too bright, especially since my eyes get sensitive when the area is in pain. I thought it was very comfortable here. Felt like a princess! I came here after COVID restrictions were lifted for a much-needed eyebrow thread after months of neglect (yikes). My eyebrows are notoriously uneven (not even sure if they're cousins let alone sisters) and so I've had threaders done them wrong many times before. However Sandra listened to my concerns and mapped out my eyebrows which was something I have never seen done before. She made them look fuller even though they're thin to begin with. All in all, it was very professionally done and I'm very happy about it. On another note, they took great precautions during this pandemic which I really appreciate. I was in time to celebrate my bff and really needed to get my face threaded. We stumbled across this place by accident and it was such a pleasant surprise as it does not look like your typical threading studio. It's in a beautiful Victorian home and it's absolutely gorgeous. My threading artist did a wonderful job and the price was amazing!! I probably would have paid $10 more for a full face threading in Pasadena so I was happy to pay! She cleaned up and lightly shaped them and they came out even and look great! I will definitely be back and would recommend this to any of my friends!
