StudioX should not be in business! I was with them for several years; they registered my domain names (2) & hosted my website. I moved to CA &didn't need their hosting services; kept my domain names registered with them. When one of my domain names came up for renewal, they ASSUMED it was my other domain so did not renew it, now it's no longer mine. Secondly, David Brownlow (owner) specifically is terrible with details, constantly spelling my name, domain name wrong, also registering an incorrectly spelled email address w the former registrar. Bad, bad, bad. Had to transfer my only domain name away because I didn't want to lose my only brand. The transfer process was a complete nightmare as David gave me the wrong authorization code 2x to transfer, then was asking me (in my urgency to get away from this tech company so they wouldn't screw up my other domain) "was I on a deadline?" WTF? They should be bending over backwards to right their wrong. Matt Swart was the only conscientious guy. If this company existed in any major city, they would be out of business. read more
