I spoke with Kim in the morning, who was very warm and friendly, and explained their pricing in detail. She called back in the afternoon-noting that James and his crew were finishing up another job early and would be at our house within 30 minutes. The crew arrived in a timely manner, and they completed the check up on the entire sprinkler system within 30 minutes, while explaining in detail the costs of what had been repaired, and replaced. Kim had explained that I would receive the billing by email, which included exactly the repair pricing that had been quoted. Also, very easy to pay online by credit card or bank draft. My only suggestion would be that James committed a customer service faux pas when he arrived (may of just have been a long day). So usually he manages it, but in this situation he was told he needed to travel for two weeks for work and only got a 48 hour notice, so he didn't get a chance to do his regular yard work.
