They made me a reservation, but it was for the following week, not two months later. I called and complained and cancelled my reservation. Not only did they not cancel for me, but they charged me for two months that I never used. I had to get my credit card company to get my money back. Inefficient, yes. Honest, no. You would be better off parking in Ft. Worth and walking to Dallas than you would be trying to use their service.
