I've only done Internet business orders through MB Sturgis, which also seems to go under the name of Sturgis MB, and haven't been all that pleased about it. First off, they have one of the most confusing Internet sites I've ever had to wade through, then when you actually do your order, you find out that you are actually placing your order through another company or at least what appears to be a third party; in my case it turned out to be either Magento, Atlantic Grill, Calore Sales or Calore Equipment, whoever they may be or whatever association they may have with MB Sturgis. Totally confusing! Then, after placing my order and paying a 3 day shipping premium and handling charge of $30.50 for what is a very small rather lightweight propane gas part, nothing happened. Checking in about 5 days later, my account read "Processing." Like what in heaven's name could possibly take nearly five days to process and why was I paying an addition charge for 3 day delivery when my order hadn't even been processed for nearly five days? So, I got busy and started phoning, finally contacting the correct party which turned out not to be MB Sturgis. Sure enough, they hadn't checked on Internet orders, but on checking saw that mine had not been processed. To their credit they upped the shipping from the premium 3 day I had paid for to two days, but since it was now Friday and two days means two full business days, it turned out to be another four day needless, senseless delay.
