Whereas one can certainly allow themselves the opportunity to engage in the most enjoyable cheeses…read moreof various kinds by simply having the ability to travel, show a sincere interest and simply allow your taste buds to become "ueberrascht" with excitement all over the world....that said, the zenith of cheese enjoyment ends here....in this tiny village in the Bavarian Alps, Gunzesried, Allgeau, Germany. My wife, sons and I have had the very sincere privilege of enjoying this gastro sensitized product on several occasions now....again as recently as July, 2014 while visiting Oberstdorf, Immenstadt and the local Bavarian topography. We simply CANNOT overstate the epicurean delight of these Gunzesrieder Sennerei cheeses enough. We have been fans of their Emmentaler cheese, Roclette etc. for well over 40 years now....usually when having the opportunity to revisit so many of our friends in the area when travelling from the US.........
