Look I always try to support local business, but I will NEVER use them again. When I bought the car I asked if it had been smoked in, I was told no. Get it home and after 2 days I get in it and it SMELLS LIKE WEED I guess whatever they sprayed wore off, (I don't smoke weed and have children, so that is a problem for me.) I have tried everything to get the smell out l hopefully this last detail worked. Had I been told it was smoked in I would have NOT bought it. Then two more days later I go to turn the vents and the tabs crumble. Then the Entertainment Screen does not work, constantly I have to reset it (Their shop says they cannot replicate the problem so they can't fix it). The running boards also start not working properly. Plus I find out the seal is also loose. When I bought the car I was told the warrenty would cover everything bumper to bumper by THEIR Loan officer, come to find out that that is NOT TRUE. If they had told me the truth about the warrenty I would have not bought it. So, make sure to look into EVERYTHING if you decide to buy a car from them. The sad thing is I was sooo excited about getting this car, and it has been nothing but stress since I brought it home. read more

A big shout out to the best automobile dealership in OK. Stuteville Ford Mercury, Atoka Oklahoma. They go over and way beyond to help you with whatever vehicle problem you may have, and at a reasonable price. We had motor home problems (dead engine) outside Atoka OK. They not only fixed the problem, ( we have a Chevrolet engine) they got us on the road pronto. The dealership in Durant said they don't work on motor homes. I can't say enough about these people. The nicest around. Even the owner came by to make sure they were treating us right. What more can I say. If you have a car (or motor home) problem around Atoka these people will treat you right. read more

I bought a 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 from them recently for my son. It had 218K miles so I wasn't expecting anything great I wasn't expecting to be flat out lied to. The biggest one being told there was a small exhaust leak. I'm not naive enough to have believed it was that small but I also didn't expect to find out four of the bolts keeping one of the headers attached to the block were sheered off. A completely new exhaust was just part of the $3500 in repairs I needed to put into it not to just make it pass inspection but to make sure my son is safe. Don't get me wrong, I expected to put some money into it but $3500 on a truck they were asking $6250! Either their mechanics are so bad they didn't know all problems or this is dealership that cares about a couple bucks more than the people that trust them not to put their kids in danger.
