When I got it back, they had failed to put all of the screws and protective guards back inside my phone. Because of their negligence, my phone was damaged further, and now I'm stuck having to buy a completely new phone. I called to explain what happened and asked if they could make it right, whether by fixing their mistake or at least offering a partial refund. Instead, I was met with poor customer service and was told no. What made the experience even worse was that the employee seemed completely unwilling to help once she realized we were tourists. It felt like we were dismissed because we weren't local customers. A reputable repair shop should stand behind its work and take responsibility when they make a mistake. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Save yourself the frustration and take your business somewhere else.
