Over the last five years, my son has reduced his prescription from before she treated him to less than a half of what it was, and his current prescription is also bilaterally balanced which vision specialists will appreciate makes for much better visual processing. My other children have also been well served by her guidance, as have we. Her practice has always accommodated our wish for stylish and economical frames. Despite having patients attending from abroad who take up huge tranches of weekend time, she somehow manages to fit us in, along with various emergency patients we chanced to meet over the years. I am sure she does not need to do any of this, but she does stretch to meet our needs as far as she can. I have never in almost six years seen her turn down a genuine need nor be less than gracious about juggling demands from different patients. Why on earth would we wish to consider any other practice?
